- call scheduling;
- phone-number and caller-ID management;
- transcript generation and retrieval;
- analytics and reporting;
- support chat and knowledge-assistant features;
- voice customization and voice cloning functionality;
- integrations with third-party providers. We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
3. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- restricting access to your account;
- all activities conducted through your account;
- promptly notifying us of unauthorized access, misuse, or security incidents. You may not share credentials in a manner that compromises account security.
4. Approval, Access, and Administrative Controls
Certain features may remain unavailable until your account is reviewed or approved. We may set usage limits, require verification, or restrict access to particular functions, regions, phone numbers, or calling workflows.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Xorris only in a lawful, ethical, and authorized manner. You must not use the Service to:

- contact recipients without a lawful basis or required consent;
- violate do-not-call, opt-out, suppression, or similar restrictions;

- submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content;
- probe, scan, reverse engineer, disrupt, disable, or bypass platform security or service limitations;
- use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or unauthorized bulk communications;
- exploit, misuse, or misrepresent AI-generated outputs;
- use any cloned voice, synthetic voice, or persona without proper authorization.
6. User Responsibility for Call Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Xorris complies with all laws, regulations, and industry requirements that apply to:
- phone calls and automated calling;
- telemarketing and outreach;
- call disclosures;
- AI-agent disclosure;
- call recording;
- audio transcription;
- data protection;
- consent and notice requirements;
- opt-out obligations;
- sector-specific communication restrictions. Where any law requires notice or consent before a call is made, recorded, transcribed, or conducted using AI, you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining that notice or consent.
7. Recipient Data and Customer Instructions
You represent and warrant that all phone numbers, contact details, scripts, call context, voice files, and other materials you submit to the Service are lawfully obtained and may be used by Xorris to provide the Service. You remain responsible for your instructions, campaign logic, recipient targeting, scripts, disclosures, and compliance decisions.
8. Voice Cloning and Voice Rights
If you use voice-cloning or custom voice features, you represent and warrant that:
- you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary for the voice material you upload or configure;
- your use does not infringe any person’s publicity, privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights;
- you will not use cloned voices for impersonation, deception, fraud, or unlawful activity. We may remove, restrict, or disable any voice or audio asset that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or presents legal, ethical, or security risk.
9. AI Outputs and Limitations
The Service may generate AI-produced transcripts, summaries, suggestions, agent responses, classifications, analytics, or other outputs. You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, delayed, or unsuitable for your intended use;
- you must review outputs before relying on them;
- Xorris is not responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated outputs;
- the Service is not legal, medical, financial, employment, or other regulated professional advice.
10. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Service may depend on third-party providers for telephony, voice, AI, hosting, analytics, communication, and related infrastructure. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for:
- outages, delays, interruptions, or failures caused by them;
- their independent acts or omissions;
- changes to their services, features, or terms. Your use of integrated third-party services may also be subject to those providers’ own terms and policies.
11. Fees, Billing, and Payments
If Xorris offers paid plans, usage-based billing, number fees, voice-processing charges, or other paid services:
- you agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, taxes, and overages;
- billing cycles, pricing terms, and payment methods will be communicated separately or displayed in your account;
- unpaid fees may result in suspension or limitation of access;
- unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
12. Intellectual Property
Xorris and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, interfaces, workflows, designs, trademarks, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property. Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
13. Your Content
As between you and Xorris, you retain ownership of content you lawfully submit to the Service, including scripts, contact data, call context, transcript-related materials, support inputs, and authorized voice assets. You grant Xorris a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited license to host, store, transmit, reproduce, process, adapt, and display your content solely as necessary to:
- provide the Service;
- maintain and support the Service;
- secure the platform;
- troubleshoot and prevent abuse;
- improve service quality in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Service immediately, with or without notice, if:
- you violate these Terms;
- we suspect fraud, abuse, impersonation, or unlawful conduct;
- your use creates legal, reputational, technical, or security risk;
- payment obligations are overdue;
- we are required to do so by law or service-provider requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time.
15. Availability and Service Changes
We may perform maintenance, updates, repairs, or feature changes at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless explicitly agreed in a separate written service-level agreement.
16. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” XORRIS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RESULTS, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR LEGAL OR REGULATORY USE CASE.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XORRIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR EXPECTED SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XORRIS’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO XORRIS FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Xorris, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- your use or misuse of the Service;
- your content or instructions;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your violation of applicable law;
- your failure to obtain required notices or consents;
- your use of recipient data, voice assets, or AI-generated content.
19. Governing Law and Disputes

- place unlawful robocalls or deceptive AI calls;
- call individuals without any notice or consent required by law;
- ignore opt-out requests or do-not-call restrictions;
- impersonate another person or brand without authorization;
- use cloned voices without documented rights and consent;
- create misleading, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or fraudulent scripts;
- use Xorris for scams, phishing, lead fraud, harassment, or regulatory evasion;
- use transcripts or call data in violation of privacy law. You must:
- maintain a lawful basis for recipient data;
- provide required notices and disclosures;
- obtain required call-recording and transcription consent;
- comply with telemarketing, privacy, and communications law in each target jurisdiction;
- honor opt-outs and suppression requests;
- review AI outputs before relying on them. We may suspend or terminate any account that creates legal, security, reputational, or abuse risk.
